Privacy Policy
Last updated May 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Minds at Work ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and discloses information when you use our website.
What we collect
- Information you provide — when you fill out a form, schedule a call, or email us.
- Analytics — page views and interaction data, only after you grant consent through our cookie banner.
- Edge logs — Cloudflare collects standard request logs (IP, user agent, timestamp) for delivery, caching, and security. We can request these for incident investigation but don't store them ourselves.
How we use it
- To respond to inquiries and fulfill engagements.
- To improve the site, content, and product offerings.
- To send transactional notifications related to your inquiries.
Cookies and analytics
We use PostHog for product analytics and error reporting. PostHog only loads after you accept cookies via the consent banner. If you decline, no analytics scripts are loaded.
Third-party services
We use the following processors, each under their own privacy policies:
- Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, edge functions.
- Resend — transactional email.
- PostHog — analytics (consent-gated).
- Calendly — scheduling.
- Substack — newsletter.
Your choices
You can opt out of analytics at any time by declining the cookie banner or clearing the
maw_consent cookie. You can request data deletion by emailing hello@minds-at-work.com.
Retention
We keep inquiry correspondence (emails, contact-form submissions, scheduling notes) for as long as needed to respond and follow up on the engagement, and then a reasonable period afterward for our records. Analytics data is retained according to PostHog's defaults; edge logs are retained according to Cloudflare's defaults.
Updates to this policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
