A collective, not a consultancy.
Minds at Work is a small, deliberate collective of operators, engineers, and product leaders. We took what we learned across 180+ projects and 34 funded companies and turned it into a portfolio: senior advisory, two SaaS products, and a builder community.
- 180+ Projects shipped
- 34 Funded companies advised
- 2 Active SaaS platforms
- Approved Training provider
Built from the work, not the other way around.
Minds at Work started as a single Fractional CTO practice — and became something different because the work demanded it. Founders asked the same questions enough times that it made sense to productize the answers. That became GrowthPath. SMB owners asked enough security questions that it made sense to systematize the response. That became CyberAlign. And the first-time founders we worked with kept asking for the same playbook, so we wrote it. That became Zero-to-Launch.
Today we're a small collective with a broad expert bench. We've shipped over 180 projects, advised 34 funded companies, run two active SaaS platforms, and continue to deliver training as an approved provider through LearnWorlds. The throughline is the same it has always been: we help ambitious teams build the right thing — and ship it.
How we work.
Outcomes over output
We don't measure ourselves by hours billed. We measure by whether your business actually moves.
Practical over fashionable
We use AI, modern tooling, and serverless when they help. We say no to the rest.
Owner-aligned
We work for the founder or owner, not the loudest stakeholder. That alignment is the engagement.
Transparent always
If something isn't working — including our own work — we say so first.
