Structure

  • Months 1–2: Foundations. Customer, problem, regulatory landscape, market structure.
  • Months 3–4: Build. The smallest version of the product that survives a real customer review.
  • Months 5–6: Launch & iterate. Pilot customers, contracts, and the first revenue cycle.
